The new CEO will remain in his current role until the end of the year, as Nike
During his tenure, Høgberg ensured among other things, the continuity of operations during the takeover of the company. “We would like to thank Knut Are for his efforts and leadership in taking Odlo from a difficult situation to a successful and financially strong company,” said Hugo Maurstad, majority owner of Odlo.
“Continued improvements in profitability, gross margins, a more focused product portfolio and geographic coverage have proven successful. We now have a solid platform for further growth. Daniel will now take over Odlo, Janus and Henri-Lloyd. His experience, skills and the network he has built over two decades of working with Nike in the European markets have prepared him well for this challenge. We have exciting brands and great opportunities ahead of us.”
The group did not, however, specify its revenue. Odlo, which achieved 125 million euros in sales in 2018 intended, before the Covid period, to pass the 200 million euro mark in sales.
