Kontoor Brands adds Foot Locker CFO to board
Kontoor Brands has announced the appointment of Andrew Page to its board of directors. As a director, Page will also serve on Kontoor’s audit committee.

Prior to joining Foot Locker, Page served as senior vice president, chief accounting officer and controller at Advance Auto Parts Inc. where he oversaw all accounting, tax, internal controls, and external financial reporting. Previously, he spent eight years at Under Armour
Before Under Armour, he held several other senior finance roles at FTI Consulting Inc., AES Corporation Inc., General Electric
The appointment comes one month after Kontoor announced the appointment of Mame Annan-Brown as global head of environmental, social and governance.
