Selena Gomez Confirms It’s One-Piece Summer in the Perfect Textured Mocha Swimsuit

First, Selena Gomez rocks a mocha manicure, and now a mocha swimsuit!

On July 6, Gomez posted a series of jubilant summer snaps with close friend Nicola Peltz Beckham wearing this summer’s chicest swim trend: the tried and true one-piece bathing suit. With its scoop neckline and low back, the look was anything but boring and perfectly showed off plenty of the 30-year-old pop star’s tattoos. Gomez shared multiple photos in the textured brown swimsuit alongside Beckham, who wore a white string bikini. “I love you so much,” the 28-year-old heiress commented on the pics.

Though neon string bikinis are certainly on trend in 2023, one-piece swimwear is having a particularly strong moment. Back in April, Blake Lively opted for the best of both worlds in a fashion-forward one-piece featuring a large abs cutout. Even better, I managed to find a similar suit in the same smocked texture as Gomez’s brown scoop-neck. Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian’s latest Skims swimwear launch featured OG Baywatch stars Carmen Electra and Jenny McCarthy modeling bombshell versions of the full-coverage look.

But let’s get back to Selena Gomez. The “Lose You to Love Me” singer has clearly been enjoying the summer weather since showing off her self-tan skills earlier this month. “@dolceglow tan before I tan,” Gomez captioned a couple of bronzey boudoir selfies on June 2. Just a few hours later, Peltz Beckham shared a snap of her husband, Brooklyn Peltz Beckham, in the pool with Gomez, who seems to have been wearing the same brown suit from her recent post.
