Luxottica and Bulgari are not renewing their eyewear license agreement

“The two companies will continue to work together until their agreement expires at the end of the year,” they both said, praising “a fruitful and mutually rewarding collaboration of more than twenty years.” The jeweller announced that it will soon reveal its new partner, without disclosing any more information.
Logically, Bulgari should entrust its eyewear business to Thélios, the company founded in 2017 by LVMH to manage the eyewear collections of its main brands. Since its creation in Longarone, Veneto, it has managed the development, production and distribution of the eyewear collections of ten of the group’s houses. A large part of these brands was previously managed under licence by SafiloMarc Jacobs
