Asian stocks finished mixed on Friday, as China’s CSI 300 index reached a record high while Japan’s Nikkei 225 closed lower.
The CSI 300 index rose 0.48% to 4,915.59, a record closing high, while the Shanghai Composite index added 0.33% to 3,619.69. The Shenzhen Component index gained 0.56% to 14,997.18.
