**VF Corporation Appoints Gap Veteran as New People Chief**
**New York, United States** – VF Corporation, a global leader in branded lifestyle apparel, footwear and accessories, today announced the appointment of Paula Erviti as Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources. Erviti will join VF on March 20, 2023, and will report to VF Chairman, President and CEO Steve Rendle.
In this role, Erviti will be responsible for leading VF’s global human resources strategy, including talent acquisition, development, compensation and benefits, diversity, equity and inclusion, and employee relations. She will also oversee VF’s global corporate social responsibility efforts.
Erviti brings more than 25 years of human resources experience to VF, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Gap Inc. Prior to that, she held leadership roles at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and PepsiCo, Inc.
