Nisolo opens storefront in New York City
Ethical and sustainable footwear and accessories brand Nisolo has opened a brick-and-mortar store in the heart of New York City, continuing its rapid retail expansion.
Located at 380 Bleecker Street, the new retail space is nestled among the vibrant neighborhood of the West Village
It showcases Nisolo’s full range of timeless and responsibly made shoes and accessories, including men’s and women’s sandals, everyday sneakers, boots, leather handbags, and accessories.
Nisolo was founded in 2011 by Patrick Woodyard with the aim to design products with a deep commitment to benefiting the producers who make them, while giving back more to the planet than it takes away.
Today, all Nisolo products are backed by their open-source ‘Sustainability Facts Label’, introduced in 2021 and currently the most transparent sustainability reporting tool, empowering consumers to make more informed shopping decisions. The label combines hundreds of data points, certifications, and third-party data.
New York City marks its fourth brick-and-mortar store. The opening follows the success of its flagship store in Nashville’s Buchanan Arts District and the recent opening of its storefronts in Washington, DC, and Boston, Massachusetts.
