Uniqlo launches spring/summer 2023 collection with Mame Kurogouchi

Dropping this month, the spring/summer 2023 collection spans 23-pieces and introduces items that transition seamlessly from innerwear to clothes, while aiming to enhance the curves of a woman’s body. Featured items include wireless bras, seamless shorts, briefs, as well as a knit dress, top, and skirt, and sheer stockings and socks.
Pieces were created with Uniqlo’s leading technology and designed in a summer colour palette inspired by the deep hues of the ocean, as well as includes a selection of sheer items that redefine the “sensual” in innerwear.
“As the world undergoes a transformation, Mame Kurogouchi designer Maiko Kurogouchi has seen a dramatic shift in women’s wardrobes and expectations for everyday undergarments. A long-time admirer of Uniqlo’s comfortable and functional innerwear, she imagined how beautiful design could further elevate women’s relationships to the most intimate garments in their closets,” Uniqlo said in a statement.
Kurogouchi has garnered worldwide recognition for designs that feature intricately constructed details and unconventional textiles.
