PLT founder buys stake in Boohoo Group
It’s not only Frasers Group that’s begin substantial stakes in BoohooPrettyLittleThing
The larger Boohoo business was co-founded by his father Mahmud and the younger Kamani’s stake buy was disclosed in a London Stock Exchange filing on 7 August.
The purchase comes despite falling profits. But with Boohoo shares down over 80% in the past five years, the PLT founder clearly sees the business as a bargain.

Frasers Group seems to agree and has been building a stake in the company in recent weeks. In July it was revealed that its holdings now add up to 7.8% of the firm.
