ZEOS, short for Zalando E-commerce Operating System
Since ZEOS’ inception, Zalando has diligently refined this service, conducting extensive testing before gradually rolling it out to a broad spectrum of markets and sales channels, including prominent European e-commerce platforms.
Currently, over 30 brands and retailers, such as Pepe Jeans
Brands and retailers opting for this service simply need to dispatch their products to Zalando’s network of 12 warehouses.
Riccardo Vola, the managing director of Zalando for Italy and Spain, explained that with ZEOS, the company can equip Spanish brands with the tools necessary to swiftly expand their presence across Europe, “allowing them to reach millions of customers through other marketplaces and through their e-commerce platforms”.
